There is nothing in the healthcare reform bill that isn't already in place today regarding illegal immigrants - they can purchase private insurance today, and presumably would be able to continue to purchase their own insurance (not have the government buy it for them, but they would purchase it themselves) on the proposed exchange. So I admit - I'm not sure why you agree with Joe Wilson, unless you and Joe are reading a different healthcare reform bill. The fact-checking organization, Politifact, has determined that Wilson was incorrect in his assertion that Obama lied.
